My personal pick on a good pair of fins would be the Avanti Quattro + fin. With a blade length between 14-18 Inches, pending size, this fin is an overall great pick whether an open water student or progressing into technical diving this fin can handle it all. The four rib design allows the fins to arch during the fin stroke, water then flows in the opposite direction of motion, mini missing pressure loss at the edges of the fin. Muscle power is transformed into propulsive thrust.The result is an ultra-high performance fin designed for the most demanding divers.
